Machine Return Policy
We at Machine are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of Machine.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can be your order confirmation email or the packing slip included in your package.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [Customer Service Email] with your order number and reason for return. They will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.

Final Sale Items
All items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
